A. D. Porter & Sons Funeral Home was founded by the late Mr. Arthur D. Porter Sr., with one philosophy in mind: to provide high quality service and high quality preparation of your loved ones, not to be compromised under any circumstances.

A. D. Porter and Sons Funeral Home is a 4th generation family owned and operated business, serving the Louisville community since 1907. In 2007 the fourth generation of Mr. Porter entered into the family business to continue the legacy he established.

A. D. Porter & Sons understands the need for a respectful service that honors your loved ones. We pride our self in providing traditional and non-traditional funeral services in addition to cremation and graveside services to all cultures. Our two chapels can accommodate 200 people each, is equipped with audio visual/projection equipment, a piano, and organ. Two additional visitation rooms are also available .Our facility is handicap accessible.

A large selection (in various price levels) of Caskets (burial and cremation), Burial Vaults (Outer Burial Container), Burial Garments, and Cremation Urns are available in our Resource Center. Our Resource Center also provides Stationary Items, Sympathy Cards, Bereavement Literature, and Gifts of Remembrance.
