Ms. Shoulders was preceded in death by her sister Regina Horsley. She is survived by her son, Christopher J. Clarkson; mother, Clara Clarkson; siblings, Almedia Clarkson, Kelvin Clarkson, Sammy Lee Dennis, Denisa Johnson; grandchildren, Kyliyah and Serenity Clarkson, Malachi Maddox; cousin Denise King and other relatives and friends. Visitation (only): 11am-1pm Monday, December 16, 2019 at A.D. Porter & Sons Southeast, 4501 Bardstown Rd. Burial: Cave Hill Cemetery.
