Cook, Jr., Beverly Jackson (Quetin), Zahara Cook, Myracle Perkins, Jakisha Bell, Jeffrey Harbison, Jr.; siblings, Meika Winstead (Cory), Brittney Miles; 6 grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation: 10am-12pm Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at A.D. Porter & Sons Southeast, 4501 Bardstown Rd., funeral service to follow at 12 noon. Burial: Louisville Cemetery.
