Donald Thornton, Sr., 93 passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020. He was a member of St. Paul Methodist Church, Jeffersontown, KY. He is survived by his children, Donald Thornton, Jr. (Dierdre), Janette Thornton, Sharion Rassmussen, Barbara Morris, Toni Grace (Phil); grandchildren, Kay Ryan, Monica Morris, Shawn Morris, Lynn Cooper, Kraig Tytus, Rickie Wright, Jr., Adrianne Wright, Brian Thornton, Melanie Mingo, Torrie Thornton; 8 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation: 11am-1pm Friday, November 20, 2020 at A.D. Porter & Sons, 1300 W. Chestnut St., with the funeral to follow at 1pm. Burial: Berrytown Cemetery. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all services at our facility are limited to 50 people.
