James B. Watkins Jr., 83, passed away Monday, May 17, 2021. He was a member of Centennial Baptist Church and a retired Assist Principal at Valley High School. He is survived by his sisters Marjorie Armstead and Cecelia Watkins, host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation: 11am-12pm Monday, May 24, 2021 at A. D.
