Sam Hammond Jr., 86, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022. He was a member of St Augustine Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus and a U. S. Army veteran the Korean War. Sam was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Hammond and a daughter Trina Seabrooks. He is survived by his daughter, Gloria Hammond Strokes (Charles); brother, Charles Raymond Hammond; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
